Capabilities

The suite of field-emission scanning-based instruments for high-resolution, chemical and crystallographic analysis will include the use of aberration-corrected lenses to enhance spatial resolution and latest-generation detectors to provide high-precision chemical data. The instruments are ideal for the examination of nano-scale materials and devices.
